Get to know Chain-Ray

What is it really like to work here?

Before applying, here are some of the questions candidates most often want to know about Chain-Ray.

Chain-Ray is a Design & Manufacturing Services company supporting customers with custom mechanical components and product manufacturing solutions.

Our work brings together engineering, manufacturing, quality, project management and global resources to help customers solve manufacturing challenges and move products from development into production.

Because our customers and projects span different industries and markets, our people are exposed to a wide variety of products, manufacturing processes and technical challenges.

Chain-Ray works with international customers across multiple industries and markets, giving our teams opportunities to participate in a wide variety of projects and business environments.

Since its founding in 2010, the company has continued to expand internationally, establishing regional offices to provide closer support to customers in different markets.

For people who want broader exposure, cross-functional experience and international project opportunities, Chain-Ray provides a platform to keep learning and taking on new challenges.

Chain-Ray maintains an open and relatively flat working environment where people are encouraged to contribute ideas, take responsibility and challenge themselves.

If you want to try something new, solve a difficult problem or take on greater responsibility, we believe people should have the opportunity to learn through real experience.

Our international customers, cross-functional projects and growing global presence provide a broad stage for people who want to develop their capabilities and make an impact.

Chain-Ray’s headquarters is located in the Taoyuan Arts District, with convenient transportation, surrounding restaurants and a large green park visible from the office.

The office is designed as an open and bright workspace with minimal physical separation between colleagues, encouraging communication and interaction across departments.

Dedicated meeting areas, common spaces and a lounge area give colleagues different places to discuss projects, exchange ideas or simply take a break during the day.

But our working environment is defined by more than the physical office. Regular cross-department activities, knowledge sharing and team discussions are part of how we work together.

When colleagues talk about their experience at Chain-Ray, several themes come up repeatedly.

They value working with teammates who support one another through challenges and share knowledge openly.

They gain a strong sense of achievement from completing difficult projects and seeing how much they have developed through each new challenge.

They appreciate having opportunities to demonstrate their abilities, take responsibility and contribute directly to meaningful customer programmes.

They learn from colleagues across different disciplines, while also participating in internal and external training that supports continued professional development.

And just as importantly, many value the positive and collaborative working atmosphere that develops through everyday interaction across teams.
